STAGE 1
Value Added - Icy Hole of Death
Roads are not closed for the event - riders must obey rules of the road at all times

Riders follow course marking arrows while transiting between stages. Begin by climbing through the Highlands neighbourhood and up the Mashiter to Tracks from Hell, and then to 50 Shades pt. 2. Follow Of Mice and Men to the Value Added Climb. Stage starts in the open clearing before the trail begins to descend.

The stage follows the alternate ride around on the first large rock slab. Look right before the first large rock slab. The first large rock slab is closed for race day.
STAGE 2

Rigs in Zen - Crouching Squirrel, Hidden Monkey - Kiki - Rico - Branckentrail
Follow Jacks trail all the way to the top to reach the Nesters Market Feed Zone #1 at Alice Lake. Continue on to Debecks Hill, all the way to the radio towers. Drop into Rigs in Zen and follow the first descent the first climb. Stage starts at the top of the first rock climb. Stage ends on Brackentrail where it crosses over Hop Ranch Creek.​​

The Howe Sound Brewing Speed Zone is located on Stage 2, right after the junction of Rigs in Zen and Crouching Squirrel, Hidden Monkey
Blind Stage
Riders will follow course marking arrows on race day to find the Blind Stage. ​There is an additional Nesters Market Feed Zone located at the Blind Stage.
The Blind Stage hosts the Ride Wrap Race to Midpack, where the male and female that finish exactly midpack (all categories combined, excluding pro and u-21 elite) will win a Tailored Protection kit and install, plus some Ride Wrap swag. Thanks to Ride Wrap - a rider owned Canadian company born right here in the Sea to Sky.
STAGE 4

Hybrid - Lowdown pt.2
Continue down Tantalus Road, and make your way back to Highlands Way South. Continue up through the University to Garibaldi Park Road. Connect into the climb trail, Stl'lhalem Sintl' and follow the marking arrows along the FSR. Stage start is at the road.
STAGE 5

Cougar Ridge - My Trail - Endo - 31 Seconds
Follow down Garibaldi Park Road, past the university, and continue straight to the yellow gate. Turn left towards Carpenters Son Bridge to cross Ring Creek. follow the marking arrows to the Powerhouse Access Road. Ride with caution through the Squamish Canyon construction project. Continue on Powerhouse Access Road and follow the connector to the Powerline Access trail. You will pass the Nesters Feed Zone #3, located on the Powerline access road, near the end of Cherry Drive. Continue up the Powerline Access and on to Pipe Trail. Follow the Arrows to the top of Cougar Ridge. Stage Start is just before the bench at the lookout.
